Founded by Patrick J. Doyle and Mark D. Hunter in 2020 out of a 30-year friendship, these two former college buddies came together with a vision to create a brand of rental properties that mimic the lifestyle they strive to live daily – work hard, play outside, and enjoy the best of what life has to offer. Patrick is the President of The Rapids Development Group and has a long-term record of acquiring, redeveloping and managing distinctive apartment communities while delivering outsized, risk-adjusted returns to shareholders. Mark, Principal of The Rapids Development Group, is a commercial insurance specialist, business owner, and restaurateur who has a long-term record of success and has his eyes open for new emerging business opportunities.
Founded by Patrick J. Doyle in 1995, Doyle Investment Real Estate is the management company for The Rapids Development Group. DIRE specializes in multifamily properties and has extensive experience in acquisitions, rehabilitation, construction, management, financing and sales.
In addition to multi-family investments, DIRE seeks value-add investment opportunities. With equal parts experience and vision, the company has established a leadership position rooted in pioneering value for the long term.
